2006年赵远峰董事长投资2800万创办“烟台海曼迪葡萄酿酒物料有限公司”负责公司产品进出口和国内销售，完成了公司从生产厂家向生产、销售、服务全面发展的转变。
目前公司现有员工共260多人，其中专业技术人员超过30%，同时公司还与国内知名院校及研究机构建立了良好的合作关系。此外公司总部下设销售部、外贸部、策划部、技术部、工厂部、人力资源部、售后服务部，以讲诚信、重质量的原则发展企业，为广大客户服务。
