柏斯庄园自 1437 年起已经由霍拿仕伯爵家族拥有，代代相传，到现在 21代传人，经已过了 550个年头。
为让知音饮家欣赏到更芳香红酒，庄园提高了梅度伟葡萄份量，此品种红酒在橡木桶陈熟果香更丰郁。并冠以Sodali 女伯爵之名，紀念一位在 15世纪非常有名的先人。
This is a wine with beautiful deep garnet colour. It also imparts a bouquet of small black candied berries. A warm contact on the palate, of exceptional amplitude, reveals hints of very ripe fruits. It reminds us of candied cherries and macerated fruits. This vintage produced during an exceptional heat wave. was harvested at its optimal maturity that gives it a superb fruity quality.
深宝石红色美艳动人，散发着糖渍黑莓子香。柔暖地进入口中，马上扩张，发放成熟果感。令人回味起糖渍草莓和浸渍果香。2003 年正直热浪侵袭，庄园利用此机会，把握最好采收时候，做出这果香超群的红酒。
